“ Secured £1.8m of Heritage Lottery Funding ”

Client need

Key services:

Customer segmentation

Perceptions of use and customer experience

Funding bid support

Funded project evaluation

Tatton Park wanted to apply for Heritage Lottery Funding (HLF) to develop The Farm at Tatton, a popular part of their attraction. In order to do this, they needed to provide strong evidence about their highly successful, innovative and thought-provoking ‘Field to Fork’ Project.

Research solution approach

The initial work on this project focused on providing vital evidence-based support for the HLF bid application. This involved helping Tatton Park to better understand the barriers to use for The Farm at Tatton for their existing visitors. We also helped to create an audience development plan and a rationale for the segmentation and targeting of customers.

Once the bid was successful, we were commissioned to support the evaluation of the project to assess outputs and outcomes.
